Why a Three Month Commitment? A three month commitment to coaching is recommended for building life momentum and lasting results. To build trust and the relationship — and in every process of development — there are peaks, valleys and plateaus. You may experience periods of resistance, joyous breakthroughs, disillusionment, “ah hahs” and accelerated growth, integration, and rebalancing. If you quit during a valley or plateau, you may miss the joyous surprise just around the corner. As a coach and healer, my gift is to walk with you through each piece of your journey and help inspire you to move you beyond the stuck spots. Sometimes my job is to be the safe guide through the depth of the emotion in the valley, so you can know you will have support to reach the other side. Many people want to quit in the thick of the emotion. Some people want to quit when they reach the quiet space of integration; the lack of drama can feel deadening to adrenaline addicts. Or perhaps, you feel like you are finished. Yet if you don’t yet know how to exercise the muscles of inner peace, perspective and balance in the face of adversity, you can easily fall back into old destructive thoughts, patterns and habits. Coaching and healing works to get to the bottom of the
issue, the original decisions and events that created the mass of what
you are dealing with now. We often have to dig through layers and attachments
to find the core. When you arrive at the new perspective, I give you tools,
and we create new habits to support you in strengthening your ways of
living in your new vision. Any new habit, like loving yourself fully,
takes at least 6 weeks to start to become a steady part of you. As your
coach, I keep you in the new game, practicing and strengthening those
new muscles, and helping you make those positive, winning habits and feelings,
automatic. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
